In a scurry of debate over a teenager who was caught spraying graffitti on a nearby bridge, the Village of Darkness decided that public service would not be suitable punishment.

Once the zombies take up graffiti, it's all over. I mean, it's really all over. It's not like their manual dexterity improved, and their composition is rotten.
